Marvel Comics has too many characters. But one character that enjoys a lot of popularity and stardom is Peter Parker, also known as Spider-Man. It has been in the pages of comics forever and has also enjoyed a lot of commercial success. One thing that makes Spider-Man so handsome and endearing is his costumes. We’ve seen some iconic Spider-Man costumes in the comics, but some of them haven’t been seen in the MCU. So on that note, let’s talk about some of the most epic costumes from the comics that we may never see in the MCU.
Scary suit itself
One of the most iconic Spider-Man suits where Tony Stark and the Dwarves of Nidavellir were created. The infamous Fear Itself suit was designed using Uru, a metal that is as old as the universe. In the MCU, Thor’s hammer and Odin’s spear and sword were shown to be built from Uru. This suit came equipped with two gauntlet blades and incredible magical properties. Using this, Spider-Man literally became an epic demigod. However, it became one of the more short-lived suits as it was destroyed after serving its purpose.
Uni-Powered Spidey Suit
Spider-Man hit the literal jackpot when his costume received an upgrade with the powers of Captain Universe. Now that he’s hosting Uni-Power, he’s gained amazing abilities on top of the ones he already had. With this suit, Spider-Man was able to fire energy blasts and use telekenis during their battle. The suit provided him with the necessary abilities to complete his task.
Super Hi-Tech Stealth Suit
Spider-Man’s black suits are a fan favorite, even in the MCU. However, the Stealth Suit was a bit better than everything else. As the name suggests, the suit is used to hide him from his enemies. However, he made the suit with technology he borrowed from Iron Man and Hank Pym. However, it had a specific purpose. The suit was made to protect him from the Hobgoblin’s sonic screaming attacks. But the striking red lines made the suit even more memorable.
Mark III armor
One thing Peter Parker is known for is his numerous enemies. On many occasions he has tried to take them all at once. Therefore, Spider-Man’s Mark III armor was created to further assist him. The suit was created by Horizon Labs and featured Spidey’s acuity hearing technology that was based on Daredevil’s physiology. The suit also had a cybernetic control helmet that could control machinery around it. The suit was so durable that it could take a direct hit from Rhino and even withstand attacks from Electro.
Spider-Man posted a brief stint as the head of Parker Industries. So, he was able to create a highly improved suit for himself which was his own Spider Armor and it replaced his original suit. The suit was made with nanotechnology that incorporated his original costume design and also served as the peak of his performance with the technology only getting better. However, he was forced to give up the suit after it was badly damaged in a battle. In addition, the fall of his company made it impossible for him to repair it.
