She proved to be a good leader of our team throughout various points in our season. I think she will do fantastic in college. She has an outstanding work ethic. How I got my start playing volleyball: “In fourth grade, my parents signed me up for Baker Elementary CBRC volleyball without telling me. I remember being horribly upset and angry with them all the way to my first practice. Looking back at it now, I couldn’t be more thankful.”

What getting to play in college means to me: “Playing in college is not only an opportunity to better my volleyball skills, but also to meet a wonderful new group of people that I hope to one day call family.”

How I got my start throwing javelin: “I was recruited by a junior high coach, who was also the head track and field coach, to try out for the team in eighth grade.”

What getting to play in college means to me: “Playing sports in college was a dream of mine from a young age. I always wanted to compete at the Division I level, and Saint Francis gave me that opportunity. I am extremely excited to continue my education while also doing a sport I love.”
