Free Family Activities: Jurassicpark, 10 am, design a landscape suitable for dinosaurs using brightly colored construction paper, scissors, glue and your imagination. The American Legion Ravalli Post 47, Hamilton, places approximately 1,200 white crosses and American flags on each veteran’s grave at Riverview Cemetery in Hamilton each year on the Saturday before Memorial Day. This year this day is May 28, starting at 9 am Please meet at Riverside Cemetery on Main St., Hamilton, at the info building to the right just inside the gates. We will provide additional instruction there (coffee and donuts too). At 8 am on the Saturday after Memorial Day, the crosses and flags are picked up, washed and packed into boxes for the net year. This year this day is June 4. Volunteers appreciated. Meet at the cemetery, same place. The public is welcome to join us in this annual event.

42nd Annual Bitter Root Day, the annual Bitter Root Day Festival includes authentic Salish drumming, dancing, and singing, free activities for children of all ages, arts, crafts, food and produce from local and out of area vendors, and a special exhibit.
